General Overview

Welcome to SARISKA SAFARI ONLINE BOOKING. By using our website and safari booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. The term "You" refers to the user or traveler booking the safari. Our services are designed to provide a hassle-free and time-saving booking experience for wildlife enthusiasts visiting Sariska National Park.

Sariska Safari Booking Policy

  • Full Advance Payment: To confirm your safari booking, full fees must be paid in advance.
  • Non-Transferable: Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold to any other person.
  • ID Verification: You must carry the original ID card (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) submitted during the online booking process. Discrepancies may lead to cancellation at the gate.
  • Occupancy: A maximum of 6 adults can accommodate in a single Gypsy. A guide is mandatory for all vehicles as per forest department rules.
  • Fee Revision: In case of any revision in government fees after your booking, the difference must be paid at the time of entry.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Strictly No Refund / No Cancellation:

Once a safari booking is confirmed, no request for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be entertained under any circumstances, including weather conditions or park closure.

Our Role & Liability

Private Agency: We are a private eco-tourism agency and NOT the representative of the Forest Department of Rajasthan. We charge a convenience/service fee over and above the government ticket price for our expert booking services.

Park Management: Park timings, gate closures, and route assignments are managed solely by the Forest Department. We are not liable for any sudden changes in timings or park closure by forest officials.

Operational Issues: We are not responsible for any inconveniences during the safari such as mechanical failures (flat tires), misconduct by guides/drivers, or incomplete safari durations by the vehicle staff.

Making a reservation implies your total agreement to these terms.
